Evansville Soccer Club - Registration

Welcome to the registration portal for Evansville Soccer Club, or ESC, in Evansville WI.  We are glad you are registering your child/children with ESC.  Please DO NOT set up an additional record for your family, please use an already created one.  You may need to request a new password link.  If you create a new account, it creates multiple problems for us as a club to find the correct registration.  It also doesn't link your childs birth certificate records (Maysa teams only) to the correct registration.  Please contact one of us if you run into problems.
